The box holds incepra®’s habit-building journal for a 90-day cycle and the first month of incepra®’s targeted nutritional support and incepra®’s foundation. On the monthly plan, the nutritional support and the foundation arrive every month and a new habit-building journal every 90 days. On the three-month plan, the rest of your first 90 days arrives in month two; after that, everything arrives in one delivery every 90 days, with a new habit-building journal.

The habit-building journal comes first. It helps you choose one manageable habit and build it over 90 days, and that is where the change comes from. As the habit takes hold, the targeted nutritional support accompanies it, each source chosen for a documented function of its own. Beneath both sits the microvascular foundation, which supports the normal function of the small blood vessels the body depends on.

A supplement was meant to support how you live, not to do the work for you. Yet it is increasingly positioned as the answer itself. incepra® is built the other way around: behaviour leads, with targeted nutritional support designed around it from the start. The habits do the primary work. The nutritional support accompanies them, each ingredient chosen for a documented function of its own, in the form and dose that were actually studied.

The habit-building journal is a place to reflect on what matters to you and on the patterns in your daily life. That kind of reflection comes more easily away from notifications and the pull of other apps, which is why we chose paper. Writing by hand is also slower than typing, and that pace gives you room to make sense of what you write rather than simply record it.

The three-month plan matches one full 90-day cycle: €115 per month, billed at €345 every three months. The monthly plan is €142 per month, billed and delivered every month. Both include free shipping, access to the members’ environment and the 90-day promise on your first order. The one-time box costs €160, with no recurring deliveries.

On a monthly plan, we charge you every month; on a three-month plan, every three months (€345). This happens automatically at the start of each period. As a founding member you pay €95 a month, monthly on a monthly plan and every three months (€285) on a three-month plan.

Yes. On the monthly plan, with effect from the end of the current month. On the three-month plan, from the end of the current 90-day cycle. You can pause for up to three months per calendar year. You manage your plan in your account: log in with the one-time code we email you, no password needed. Pausing or cancelling during your first 90 days ends the 90-day promise.

Yes. Payments are handled by Mollie. You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Your order will be handed over as quickly as possible to the carrier you selected, who sets their own delivery timeframe—typically 1–2 business days. You can always find the most accurate information by using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Nutritional support is only refunded if it is returned unopened. A habit-building journal can be returned too, but once it has been written in it cannot be resold and is not refunded. Send the return within 14 days of letting us know. Withdraw from your order

You do, when you withdraw within 14 days. We refund the original delivery costs along with your order. If something arrived damaged, incomplete or wrong, we cover the shipping.

The 90-day promise lets you request a full refund of your first 90-day cycle if incepra® does not suit you. We offer it because a new routine takes about three months to build, and we believe in a system that starts with your habits. You can request the refund between day 90 and day 104 after delivery of your first order. You do not need to send anything back, not even used products or a completed habit-building journal. We ask you to answer a few questions about your experience. The promise applies to the first cycle of both plans, once per customer. Pausing or cancelling within the first 90 days ends it, and a claim ends your plan. It does not apply to the one-time box.

For incepra®’s balanced brain, two capsules a day, preferably two hours before bedtime, with water. For vibrant life, one softgel and one capsule a day, preferably with a meal, with water. For the microvascular foundation, two capsules a day, 30 minutes before a meal, with water or juice. The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded.

Follow the directions on the pack. The daily amount is 2 capsules for balanced brain, 1 softgel and 1 capsule for vibrant life, and 2 capsules for the foundation. Store at room temperature, out of the reach of young children.

Any allergens as defined in EU regulations are shown in bold in the ingredients list, on the product page and on the product packaging. Vibrant life contains fish oil and fish gelatin.
