The box holds incepra®’s habit-building journal for a 90-day cycle and the first month of incepra®’s targeted nutritional support and incepra®’s foundation. On the monthly plan, the nutritional support and the foundation arrive every month and a new habit-building journal every 90 days. On the three-month plan, the rest of your first 90 days arrives in month two; after that, everything arrives in one delivery every 90 days, with a new habit-building journal.

On a monthly plan, we charge you every month; on a three-month plan, every three months (€345). This happens automatically at the start of each period. As a founding member you pay €95 a month, monthly on a monthly plan and every three months (€285) on a three-month plan.

Yes. On the monthly plan, with effect from the end of the current month. On the three-month plan, from the end of the current 90-day cycle. You can pause for up to three months per calendar year. You manage your plan in your account: log in with the one-time code we email you, no password needed. Pausing or cancelling during your first 90 days ends the 90-day promise.

Your order will be handed over as quickly as possible to the carrier you selected, who sets their own delivery timeframe, typically 1–2 business days. You can always find the most accurate information by using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

The 90-day promise lets you request a full refund of your first 90-day cycle if incepra® does not suit you. We offer it because a new routine takes about three months to build, and we believe in a system that starts with your habits. You can request the refund between day 90 and day 104 after delivery of your first order. You do not need to send anything back, not even used products or a completed habit-building journal. We ask you to answer a few questions about your experience. The promise applies to the first cycle of both plans, once per customer. Pausing or cancelling within the first 90 days ends it, and a claim ends your plan. It does not apply to the one-time box.

A cycle lasts 90 days. New behaviours typically take around 66 days to become automatic (Lally et al., 2010), with health behaviours often requiring two to five months. Ninety days sits within that window, long enough for a habit to settle and short enough to feel like a concrete commitment. At the end, you decide what comes next. Everyone is different.

Not for a one-time purchase, although it makes following your order easier. For a monthly or three-month plan you do, so you can manage your plan. With an active plan, the members’ environment opens once you are logged in. You log in with a one-time code by email, without a password.

Register your interest and answer a few questions about how you would use incepra® and share your experience. Within one working day you'll hear whether you are invited. Once the shop is open, your invitation gives you a personal link to the founding plan at €95 a month. Your place is confirmed when you start your plan, in the order plans are started, until all 150 are taken. Already on a monthly or three-month plan? You can apply too, and if you're invited, we move you to the founding plan and settle the difference automatically on your next order. Founding members choose a monthly or a three-month plan. If you cancel, your founding price ends.
