incepra® was built the other way around, as one system. The change comes from what you do.
The targeted nutritional support accompanies that work rather than standing in for it, each source with a documented function of its own.
What founding members receive
- New products and content reach you before anyone else.
- You are the first we ask how the members’ environment should develop.
- Your price stays at €95 a month for as long as your plan continues, also if you switch to the other life theme.
- A founding badge in your profile, and a place in the first chapter of incepra®.
How we select
We are looking for people who, like us, believe that change starts with what you do, and who want to share their experience with us in a way that suits them. We also make sure both life themes are represented. Being early does not decide it.
How it works
- You register your interest and answer a few questions by email.
- Within one working day, you'll hear whether you are invited.
- Once the shop is open, your invitation gives you a personal link to the founding plan at €95 a month.
- Your place is confirmed when you start your plan. Places are confirmed in the order plans are started, until all 150 are taken.
Already on a monthly or three-month plan? You can apply too. If you’re invited, you can move to the founding plan while places last, and we settle the difference automatically on your next order. You don’t need to do anything. If you’re not, your plan continues as you chose it.
The terms
- As a founding member, you choose a monthly or a three-month plan, at €95 a month.
- On a monthly plan you pay every month, on a three-month plan every three months (€285).
- You can pause or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month on a monthly plan and at the end of the current 90-day cycle on a three-month plan.
- You can pause for up to three months per calendar year. If you cancel, your founding price ends.
- The 90-day promise applies to your first cycle; claiming it also ends the founding price and place.

Answers to what people ask most.
The 90-day promise lets you request a full refund of your first 90-day cycle if incepra® does not suit you. We offer it because a new routine takes about three months to build, and we believe in a system designed as one. You can request the refund between day 90 and day 104 after delivery of your first order. You do not need to send anything back, not even used products or a completed habit-building journal. We ask you to answer a few questions about your experience. The promise applies to the first cycle of both plans, once per customer. Pausing or cancelling within the first 90 days ends it, and a claim ends your plan. It does not apply to the one-time box.
